We ship worldwide from the Netherlands with DHL.
Processing time
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery time:
- Netherlands: shipped within 1 business day, delivery time 2–4 business days.
- Europe: shipped within 1 business day, delivery time 2–5 business days.
- Outside Europe (including the US): shipped within 1 business day, delivery time approximately 7 business days.
international orders are shipped with DHL Express.
Track & trace: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
Customs: Any import duties, taxes or customs charges for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Undelivered/uncollected packages: If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected within the set period, it will be returned to Sis Productions. The cost of reshipping is borne by the customer. If the customer does not want a new shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded, less the shipping costs incurred.
Damaged packages: If you receive a damaged package or product, please report it within 7 days of receipt via support@sorryimsleeping.com with photos of the damage. We'll handle it from there for you.
