Return Policy

Return period
Sale items have a return period of 14 days after receipt. All other items have a return period of 30 days, so you have plenty of time to try on and review your order.

How to return
Register your return through our return portal (Returnless). Select the items you want to send back and follow the steps. Only registered return items can be processed. Pack your items carefully and take the package to a GLS point near you.

Return shipping costs
The cost of returning items is borne by the customer. Our rates (via GLS):

Condition of the items
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received: tag still attached, unworn and without signs of use.

Responsibility
The risk and responsibility for returning items (on time) lie with the customer. We are not responsible for return packages that do not arrive or get lost in transit.

Refund
Once your return has reached us and been checked, we usually process it within 5 business days. Refunds are made via the payment method you used to pay.

Right of withdrawal
In addition to this return policy, you as a consumer have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. See our Terms and Conditions for the full conditions.
